Corporate groups are priced by the farm rather than off a nightly rate, because what you need is rarely what a weekend hunter needs: mixed groups with people who won't hunt at all, catering rather than self-catering, a guide for first-timers, and often exclusive use of the lodge.
That's why this is a quote request and not a booking. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken here. We take what you tell us to farms that can genuinely host a group your size, and come back with real numbers.
What we'll want to know
- How many people, including anyone who won't be hunting
- What you're willing to spend per head, all in, if you have a figure
- Roughly when. Corporate dates are usually flexible, which helps on price
- Whether you want catering, guiding, or transport arranged
